Issue/Introduction

An RA Oracle Capture (Spawned Job) has it's date set to 2029 and is not being changed to today for submission.

Environment

Release : 12.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Resolution

This was caused by issues within OEBS:
The parent task was stuck in active.
The child task that was in ENDED_INACTIVE_OBJECT - Object is inactive due to definition. 

This child task was the cause of the situation.  The child was put into an inactive state earlier due to some other issues within OEBS.  Putting it back into an active state resolved things from the Automic side at least for future runs. 

A DBA should be consulted to see how to resolve this on the EOBS side
