Enabling debugging can assist in troubleshooting issues with the Roadmaps including issues related to Roadmaps syncing.
Environment
Any Clarity release
Resolution
Log in to Classic Clarity with administrator privilege's and navigate to security.logs page by changing the URL after action: to security.logs Example: SERVERNAME:PORT/niku/nu#action:security.logs (Alternatively, go to Logs in CSA)
Go to Logs –> Edit Configuration to set the logger for additional class, by adding the following Category: com.ca.ppm.rdm (STDOUT / Debug)
Repeat the above steps for each additional server in the server drop-down.
If Detect Changes Automatically is NOT checked, restart the app/bg services
Reproduce the issue and provide the following logs for the time frame the issue was reproduced:
app-ca.log
bg-ca.log
Note: it may be required to also provide the .1, .2, .3 versions of the logs as well depending on how quickly the logs are overwritten.
Once the issue is reproduced, disable debugging:
Change the status of the category com.ca.ppm.rdm from Debug to Fatal
