When creating a ticket using maileater and adding %description to the email. Is there a character limit on the description field in the email?

There is no limit set in the maileater side for the %description so the limit should be similar to the limit set in the SDM UI.
We have tested 1224 characters in the description field and the text was saved in the new ticket created without problems using maileater.
