Cause

The Southbound Gateway model does not have the EventModelContainerHandle attribute id 0x3dc000a populated with a valid model handle of a container model.

Resolution

Populate the EventModelContainerHandle attribute id 0x3dc000a on the Southbound Gateway model with the model handle of a valid container model.
