Project OBS field is blank

Issue/Introduction

Project OBS field is wiped out sometimes which is causing issue when closing a project, please let us know in what scenarios it could get wiped out.

Resolution

- When creating a project from template the Project OBS field is populated by default. We can check which template was a project created or copied from via CA PPM Tuesday Tip: https://community.broadcom.com/communities/community-home/digestviewer/viewthread?MID=734833
- When creating new projects from the Clarity Projects --> New button, if the Project OBS field is required, but it is not displayed on the create page layout it will need to be set after the project gets created somewhere in the project. As this is required field and we can not physically set it via the create page layout, someone will need to populate this field after project creation to allow actions such as saving in all pages/sub-pages and closing out the project.
- For one-offs when a project is created from new/template and for some reason it does not not have the Project OBS populated, someone can check the project list or run a report to find blank ones and populate to allow the saving/closing actions.
