Failed SPM tests not recorded in jcollector.log

Issue/Introduction

Spectrum is receiving traps from SystemEDGE SRM AIM for failed SPM tests although jcollector.log on the SysEDGE Host does not record the failed test consitently.

Release : 12.9

Component : VPM GENERAL

Cause

Java does not print all test messages to jcollector.log when loglevel=2 (Default) 

Resolution

Set loglevel=3 in the svcrsp.cf and this will print all tests to the jcollector.log

Setting logelevel=3 will introduce minimal overhead to the SystemEDGE host.
