API-1007 on Task Flyout To Dos after upgrade

Issue/Introduction

We are facing an error on Task Flyout:

API-1007: You are not authorized to process request. Contact your system administrator for necessary security rights.

Errors in logs:

WARN  2021-06-08 07:37:51,959 [http-nio-8080-exec-112] ppm.rest (clarity:admin:20505093__85694F5E-6FEE-4A1B-8618-77872A930446:PPM_REST_API) User admin tried to GET resource [resource name: views, resource id: null] but does not have permission.

You have to add some of the following To Dos permissions to the resource depending on what their access should be:
