Clarity PPM: Cannot view Settings page in Ideas

Issue/Introduction

The user has administration access to the application but the Settings sub page under the Idea Property is missing. 

The Settings page is not a secured subpage as well.

The user was granted explicit global Idea rights as well but the page was still missing. 

Resolution

The Settings had a Display Condition even though it was not visible properly. 

The clue was that the Delete Button was showing up in the Settings sub page under Objects. The DELETE button shows up only if there is a display condition. 

After pressing the DELETE button in the sub page, the Settings page started showing up.
