HTTP Status 404 saving SOI Help Desk Configuration

In a new environment, there is a "HTTP Status 404 - Not found" error message, when trying to save the configuration for Help Desk.

Steps, which have already been tested, but did not help.

1. Verify that this server (from where you open SOI UI Admin dashboard) resolves to SOI UI server
2. Launch SOI UI Admin dashboard from UI server itself
3. Use FQDN of UI server when launching SOI UI

The path looking for the jsp should be: SamUI\webapps\sam\admin\svcdesk-config.jsp

However it looks in SamUI\webapps\sam\admin\admin\svcdesk-config.jsp according to the screenshot.

This behavior is also seen for other pages, like EEM.

Reinstalling the UI Server did not change anything.

Chrome browser was installed and configured on the local UI server and using this did work.
