iSeries robot fails to start after installation - Unable to start Nimbus watcher (errno=3025)

Issue/Introduction

The robot installed with no errors but the service fails to start also without producing an error. Additionally controller.log is not created. 

Manually running the service produces the error: Unable to start Nimbus watcher (errno=3025)

Resolution

Change the Nimbus user profile (or whatever ID you are using for the restore of the objects) LANGID (Language ID) from *SYSVAL to ENP (English Australian) and CNTRYID (Country ID) from *SYSVAL to US.

This allows the Robot (probe) objects to be restored properly.

Additional Information

The server has Japanese as the primary language and English as secondary.
