Follow these steps

--install Service Desk

--go to Service-Desk-install-folder\samples\CA_PAM_Workflows and unzip file CASDM129_CAWF_Convert_CAProcAuto.zip and the content pack xml file can be found in the unzipped folder

Additional Information

--Though the file name carries 129 it is intended for 17.3

--install DVD readme file may give confusing info on where the content pack xml file is
