The customer is trying to install IT Management Suite (ITMS) for the first time.
Then during the Install Readiness Check (IRC) process, it looks for 'Microsoft Report Viewer', and the link provided it is not valid anymore:

This issue has been reported to our Broadcom Development team. This issue will be fixed with our ITMS 8.6 RU1 release.
