Issue/Introduction

System is installed on Azure (Cloud) is using a proxy to create an extension of our Automic Automation however some agents are ending abnormally.

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Resolution

Azure may be aggressive killing idle connections. Some customers have seen that reducing the TCPKeepAlive time to 50 seconds in the registry on the server resolved the issue.
