Issue/Introduction

Does Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) support installing the DLP Endpoint Agent on MacOS devices with the M1 & M2 chip?

Environment

DLP 15.7 MP2
DLP 15.8 and later
DLP 15.8 MP1

Resolution

DLP Agent 15.7 MP2 and later is supported on the Rosetta 2 emulation app on Apple Silicon (M1 & M2) hardware.

With 16.0 version onwards, native Silicon support will be available with DLP agent.
