CAMM DP SelfMonitoring entries are missing

Issue/Introduction

There are no SelfMonitoring entries for CA Mediation Manager (CAMM) Device Packs (DP).

One CAMM environment has them, another does not.

Environment

All supported Mediation Manager releases

Cause

The CAMM SelfMonitoring DP was never deployed and installed.

Resolution

The CAMM SelfMonitoring DP is not installed by default. It must be installed/deployed like any other DP.

Once installed it will then monitor other DPs installed on the same LC to report on it's statistics.

Each LC in the environment will need the DP installed and deployed individually.
