Cannot change period to weeks in Modern UX Task Timeline

Issue/Introduction

We see that we cannot change the "Periods" to "Weeks" in Modern UX -> Projects -> Tasks -> Timeline. When we set it to that option and reopen the View Options pop-up, we see that the "Periods" would have reverted to "Months". A sample screenshot is shown below.

Version: 15.9.0

Resolution

This issue is no longer seen in version 15.9.2.
