Issue/Introduction

Flash Played EOS (End of Support) and the NFA Administrative functions are not working on NFA Web Page

 

Environment

Release : 20.2

Component : NQRPTA - REPORTERANALYZER

Cause

As of January 1st, 2021 Flash will be EOS (End of Support). Microsoft, Google, and Mozilla will be removing the plugin from their browsers

Resolution

On CAPC web page select Admiration / Data Sources / Data Sources 

 

 

Check if Network Flow [email protected] is Available

 

If yes on CAPC web page select Admiration / Data Sources / Network Flow [email protected]

 

 

The NFA Administration new page should open like this:
