After applying maintenance the CA 11 started task still shows base level 0000

Issue/Introduction

 CA 11 maintenance was successfully applied.  After start up the CA 11 task still shows level 0000.

Release : 11.0

Resolution

  When applying maintenance for CA 11, please ensure that the following have been performed:

• Update CA 11 task to reference the loadlib that the maintenance was applied to and/or copied over to
• Recycle CA 11 with RECOVCSA=NO specified in the config file. 

 If the above tasks have already been performed then more than likely the U11DRLSP module where the maintenance level resides is still at "0000"  base level and the fix that changes the maintenance level has not been applied.  Apply any applicable fix that updates the maintenance level for U11DRLSP.
