Growing REST calls and database connections on MUX Timesheets( DE61274)

Issue/Introduction

Intermittent database connections pile up. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Use MUX with >900k total timesheets
2. Go to Timesheets Grid without using a View with filter, to return all results

Expected Results: Application to be working as expected

Actual Results: Database bottleneck, connections increase to 300, 500 very quickly. If not killed, all 1000 connections are consumed and there is an application outage. SQL queries getting stuck.

This is DE61274, fixed in 15.9.3 and 15.9.2.1
