• Updating license data, or restarting device to update license metadata on ISG.
• License keeps disappearing from CAS on ISG.

Resolution

Do not restart Content Analysis from the Content Analysis UI, as this will not update the metadata installed on ISG.
Restart Content Analysis from the ISG CLI, which will then update the metadata, with the following commands:

applications start <casname>
