How is latency calculated for IPLSA tests?

Resolution

Latency calculations are listed in the vendor cert being used for the associated IPSLA test

You can find the internal name for a vendor cert by checking the "Internal Name" box, as follows. (Using Cisco IPSLA Jitter Statistics for example)

 

 

Then use the internal name to view the vendor cert in question
