Issue/Introduction

LLU00910 SUPPORT FOR IDENITY TOKENS (IDT) AND IBM MFA COMPOUND UPDATE went as a PRE for LU01329 ALLOW LDS TO HONOR SYSOUT() CONTROL OPTION UNDER SUB=MSTR.

After applying this maintenance users cannot logon

TSS7070E IDT Processing error: Specified user not valid for IDT.

Any userID that begins with "$" (eg. $1234)  are being interpreted as invalid for IDT processing.
