Software Inventory Collect Task has always Elapsed Time set to 0 for Windows machines (heuristic or signature scan method).

Resolution
Open a case at CA Broadcom Technical Support requesting the fix :
T5IZ442 for ITCM Agent 14.0 SP3
Additional Information
Elaspsed Time has a specific format. It is mmss
Example :
118 seconds means : 1 minute and 18 seconds (and not 118 seconds).
