WCC : Not showing connection to Autosys_Primary

Issue/Introduction

After the restart of the WCC server. The WCC console is able to login but the connection to Autosys_Primary server is showing Not_Avaialble.

When tried to Validate the Primary server in configuration we are getting the below error :

Error: E190102 Autosys_Primary (monitoring id validation) - Internal exception encountered: E180011 Login failed using: User=ejmcommander Password=<hidden>.

Also we have tried to restart the below four services of WCC

CA-wcc

CA-wcc-db

CA-wcc-services

CA Connection Broker

 

 

Environment

Release : 11.4

Component : WORKLOAD CONTROL CENTER

Resolution

The problem was related to the Monitor user being disabled in EEM by mistake by another user.

After enabling the Monitor ID user in EEM it worked fine again.
