Issue/Introduction

When right-clicking on a folder or file and selecting Scan for Viruses the scan prompt does not appear. The scan does run and appears in the scan logs.

Environment

Symantec Endpoint Security (SES) 14.x clients

Resolution

Our Engineering team is investigating this issue and will update this document when a solution becomes available.
