Issue/Introduction

An application uses Apache Camel and it is monitored with an APM 10.7.0.45 agent.

Camel version 2.22.2 used with OpenJDK 8 is it working fine. They are in the process of upgrading the Camel version to 3.9.0 which need OpenJDK 11.

APM with camel 3.9.0 along with OpenJDK is working, but it is throwing below errors continuously.

[ERROR] [IntroscopeAgent.apache-camel] Error getting process function name: null
[DEBUG] [IntroscopeAgent.Agent] 
java.lang.NullPointerException

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Component : Integration with APM

Cause

Engineering found a bug and provided a desktop build.

Resolution

The desktop file was given is apache-camel.jar file (apache-camel.jar_DE505547_21.4.0.34DesktopBuild20210829.zip) added in the latest release.

ACC shows both Apache Camel bundle and UMA bundle having the updated version 2022.1.0.25.
