Issue/Introduction

Trying to do a fresh install was getting this error and I am still getting error msg when trying to start notification services:

Release : 11.7

Component : CA Automation Point

Cause

The CA AP Notification service is dependent on the Telephony service.

Resolution

Enable the Windows Telephony service:
