Issue/Introduction

DWH Full load and incremental Load are failing with 

ERROR: ENCOUNTERED EXCEPTION WHILE MERGING INTO DWH_LOOKUP_LOAD XXXXXXXX.
ON CONFLICT DO UPDATE command cannot affect row a second time

Cause

The lookup hidden key value is not unique. 

Resolution

1. Ensure that the Hidden Key of the lookup is unique. 

2. Review the associated lookup query causing the error.
Run a distinct lookup up query to ensure there are no duplicates.
