Workpoint Designer java class not found error after appling CP2

Issue/Introduction

After applying the Identity Manager 14.3 CP2 the Workpoint designer did not work anymore with the error:

 java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: sun/reflec/Reflection

Environment

IdentityMinder(Identity Manager)

Cause

The current java version installed on the machine was not supported.

Resolution

The customer was not using the supported Java version.
