:READ with array gives different results depending 'Generate at Runtime'

Issue/Introduction

An issue was found where an array variable is not correctly resolved in case a script or job is being executed as 'Generate at Activation' (input form is shown). When the very same object is being executed using 'Generate at Runtime' (no input form shown), the variables are correctly resolved.

 

The issue shows up after upgrade from to 12.3.4 or 12.3.5.

Cause

Software Bug:

 

When activating an object with a :BEGINREAD :READ :ENDREAD script, which has generate at activation time set, the wrong variable is used for storing the input values.

Resolution

The issue has been confirmed to be a bug and will be fixed with

* Automation Engine V12.2.10 - available

* Automation Engine V12.3.7 - not released yet

* Automation Engine V12.3.6+HF.2 - available
