OC Metric Viewer - Custom Time Frame

Issue/Introduction

In OC 20.3.3, when trying to get graph for some metrics using Metrics Viewer's custom time frame, unable to get the graphs.

Release : 20.3, 20.1

Component : UIM OPERATOR CONSOLE - METRIC VIEWER
