CLIST from operator console DC066001 OPERATOR COMMAND NOT RECOGNIZED

Issue/Introduction

When an operator issues a CLIST command on the operator console we get this error:

R 348,CVON
DC066001 OPERATOR COMMAND NOT RECOGNIZED

Environment

Release : 19.0

Component : CA IDMS/DB

Resolution

If not using one of the documented operator commands you have to prefix the reply with 99 to indicate you are executing a task code. 
To execute a CLIST from the console in z/OS, reply to the outstanding reply using the following syntax: 

R nn, 99CLIST clist_name
