Issue/Introduction

A custom Java application code - custom authentication scheme application running on Siteminder Server 

 All the secure sites go through Siteminder to authenticate and authorize. 

The Load test fails  - With the Java Agent enabled , it takes double the time for the users to login (Authenticate  and Authorize). 

During the load test, around 60 thousand users login at the same time. 

When they disable the Java Agent , takes  around 5 ms. even less. and Pass the Load test.

Cause

Per Engineering log analysis, the issue is caused by SQL Agent monitoring. 

Resolution

Tune SQL Agent monitoring.
