Group Rules not adding interfaces

Issue/Introduction

I have a rule that add specific interfaces to a group 

When i preview the rule i see my two interfaces, When I run that rule it only adds one.

Environment

Dx NetOps Performance Management all versions

Cause

The other interface is listed in "Excluded Items" is listed in the group under "Excluded Items"

Resolution

Remove the item from "Excluded Items"
