BC1PTMP0 cannot execute ISPDTLC - DTL Mapping Facility - in Foreground

Issue/Introduction

DTL type is an IBM Mapping element type that can be managed within Endevor.  When executing in a processor, the REXX ISPDTLC is executed with an ISPSTART command from within a batch job successfully, but when trying to execute from within BC1PTMP0, it fails with RC=20 when executing in foreground. 

C1PRMGEN was used to build the syntax to execute ISPDTLC and passed the library to BC1PTMP0 in the PARM Statement.  The ISPDTLC executes, but because it is looking for ISPF variables not available under Endevor, BC1PTMP0 ends with RC=20.

Error message:

Warning.  ISPDTLC Release 7.4 for z/OS 02.04.00 is being run on ISPF   
Release R   for .  Results are not predictable.

Resolution

The ISPDTLC rexx exec uses ISPF services. Such an exec can't execute under BC1PTMP0 as stated in the BC1PTMP0 documentation.  It was suggested to try using IRXJCL or IRXEXEC in the processor.
