UIM 20.3.3.- device appearing mulitple times with same metrics in metric viewer

Issue/Introduction

I'm runinng UIM 20.3.3Hf1 and some robots are showing duplicated (or showing 5 times) with the same target repeating in the OC metric viewer. 

All QOS is affected and issue can been in the default metrics too as well as when creating a metric view:

 

•  Checking select * from CM_CONFIGURATION_ITEM_METRIC where ci_metric_id = 'MACAB17682123456123456677888' 

I'm seeing that only 1 correspondence for the QOS target and not multiple

UIM 20.3.3 HF3 resolves this issue
