Issue/Introduction

After installing new Helpdesk connector to integrate with ServiceNow, getting “Create ticket error. Status=null” when trying to create a ticket.

Environment

Release : 4.2

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

Resolution

For the error “Create ticket error. Status=null” when creating ticket, need  to change the CA NIM Field originatingID to the value "number" in the Service Desk Field to fix this error.
