Process with updated GEL doesn't update all instances

Issue/Introduction

I needed to update a GEL script, there were running instances of the process. I updated the script in the UI.  Clicked “Save and Return”.  Clicked the “Validate All and Activate” button on the validation tab.

The updated GEL script was not picked up by the old instances, or even new instances of the process

Component : CA PPM BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT

Resolution

This can be due to bg cache. We recommend to restart bg and then the old instances should pick the correct GEL script.
