Is it possible to have a robot active/monitored from two hubs at the same time using a different IP address for each robot? I've been exploring the possibility using passive robots but cannot get both robots to stay active at the same time.

This is unsupported/untested.
There are no options currently available in the robot.cfg that would allow this, using the same hostname, only HA/robot failover, like an active/passive or primary/secondary approach.
The robots would have to have different hostnames/FQDNs not just different IPs.
