Issue/Introduction

After logging into Nolio RA it shows there is a Dashboard -> Overall System Status widget. The widget shows the number of Applications I have access to. But it also shows a number of Deployments. Except the Deployments shown is unfiltered. It shows Deployments for Applications I do not have access to. This extra information is adding noise to the deployments I do have access to and want to investigate or view the details for.

Resolution

The "Deployments" view from the Overall System Status does not offer a way to filter based on Application. However, there are at least two options to help filter out the noise. 

 

Option 1: Using the Search field in the Deployments view. This can help you filter out based on Applications, Project Names, etc..

 

 

 

Option 2: Use the "Deployment Overview" Report to filter based on one or more fields such as Application, Project or maybe Start Time. You can also save helpful filters and then load them quickly using the "My Reports" drop down menu from this "Deployment Overview" Report.
