Issue/Introduction

unable to establish a connection via a connection object to Automic DB. Below is the error message on AWI.

U02000112 Remote System is not available via Connection Object 'CONN.SQL.AE_DEV'.

Cause

Resolution

 The jar file "sqljdbc4" was missing from the dB service agent folder.

Issue resolved by adding the jar file and restarting the DB agent.
