Unable to load javelin flows into the TDM Portal Orchestration Workflow tab

Issue/Introduction

From the portal, trying to upload vwf file into workflow (Orchestration Tab) and the file never gets uploaded.  See attached screenshot.  In the log file I see message

[U:612755213][M:POST][P:/api/ca/v1/project/7598/version/7599/javelinflow]              c.c.t.c.e.h.GlobalExceptionConvertor:  HTTP Error - INTERNAL SERVER ERROR: Exception: Required request part 'flowFile' is not present
org.springframework.web.multipart.support.MissingServletRequestPartException: Required request part 'flowFile' is not present

this happens when uploading any vwf file.

Environment

Release : 4.9.1

Component : CA Test Data Manager - TDM Web Portal

Resolution

Issue identified when using IE browser. Please download latest portal patch and verify this issue.
