Getting error “CASOI UI Server details is invalid”

Issue/Introduction

When installing CA Helpdesk Connector, customer is getting the error  CASOI UI Server details is invalid

Release : 4.2

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

Resolution

The error is a result of using the samuser.

The Helpdesk connector needs to connect to the SOI UI REST which requires a user belonging to EEM.
