Issue/Introduction

When attempting to restart an agent that is not currently running from the WCC Agent Inventory, the agent does not start. The Action Status column shows "Restarting failed".

Component : WORKLOAD CONTROL CENTER

Resolution

The Agent Inventory cannot be used to start an agent that is already down. It can only be used to stop or perform a restart (bounce) of a running agent.
