Device is displaying current flow with old last flow date

Issue/Introduction

All devices in NFA are displaying current flow, but none of the interfaces are displaying a currently last flow date.  The current last flow dates are all around the same timestamp.

You may also see that there are no Pump logs or no recent Pump logs.

Environment

Component : NQRPTA - REPORTERANALYZER

Cause

NFA Console Pump service has hung.

Resolution

Check the NFA Console logs for the pump logs (PumpLogYYY-MM-DD.log).   Look for a timestamp of the pump logs. It should be updated frequently (every few minutes at least).  If there are no pump logs or the latest log timestamp is old, it is likely that the pump service is hung and needs to be restarted.  Just do the following:

1. Restart this service (NetQos Reporter/Analyzer Pump Service) :
   
2. Check that the <NFAInstallFolder>\REPORTER\LogsPumpLogYYYY-MM-DD.log is being updated. If so, does it contain any errors with timestamps after the service was restarted?
3. Confirm that the last flow timestamp on interfaces is updated.
