CABI SOI REPORTS ARE NOT OPENING

Issue/Introduction

When we try open the report from SOI to CABI this just doesn't work, both are configured with SSL.

SOI 4.2

 

Summary:

Setup Report Configuration to connect to CABI 7.1.1 using SSL

 

 

The Report link works and use https to connect to CABI (Jasperserver)

The problem is with the View Report links for the Dashboard.  When you click on the View Report link, it is using http instead of https

Resolution

The fix (dashboard.zip) got uploaded to the issue.

Please perform the following...

 


1. Stop SOI UI server
2. Take a backup of below folder
\CA\SOI\SamUI\webapps\sam\dashboard
3. Delete the above folder
4. Unzip and replace the attached 'dashboard' folder in below path \CA\SOI\SamUI\webapps\sam\
5. Start SOI UI Server
6. Open SOI UI url in incognito window or relaunch the browser

 

The fix will be part of the next GA patch.
