Server encountered an error processing a Publish Action

Issue/Introduction

From the TDM portal, I want to execute SQL code by a publish action and the "Enable Concurrency" option seems to be mandatory even if I have only one SQL request. When the "Enable Concurrency" option is not checked I get the error message "Server encountered an error processing the request. See server logs for more details" (see print screen)

What is the purpose of the "Enable Concurrency" option if it is mandatory?

Tested on our 359 portal with CA-tdm portal version 4.9.291.
