Issue/Introduction
When trying to open the SMP Console using Internet Explorer 11, the following dialog box appears:
Message from webpage: ... Automation server can't create the object
Environment
ITMS 8.x
Cause
The customer's environment had IE locked down
Resolution
Use the Chrome browser and not Internet Explorer
