Issue/Introduction

Control Compliance Suite, when doing a data collection you see the error:

Failure while loading datasource. Possible reasons: 1. OCCI libraries are missing 2. Required system libraries are missing

Environment

Release : 12.5.1 SCU 2021-1

Component : Oracle

Cause

This is the result of having only updated the Security Content Update for Oracle to 2021-1

Resolution

Please review the release notes for SCU 2021-1.

"Starting from SCU 2021-1, the content data collector components make use of OpenSSL v1.1.1g."

This is included in the Security Content Update for Unix.
To resolve the issue simply run an ACU Job on the target Agents, and update the SCU for Unix to 2021-1

After successfully updating the SCU so both are at 2021-1, re-run the data collection job. The jobs will be successful.
