'Invalid value(s) in request for planType' error when accessing Financials in Modern UX

Issue/Introduction

User is receiving "Invalid value(s) in request for planType" error only when user clicks on the FINANCIALS icon on the PROJECT TILE if there is no Cost Plan.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1.  Log into new UX
2.  Go to Administration>>Blueprint
3.  Copy the Standard Project Blueprint
4.  Rename the Blueprint
5.  Click to open the blueprint
6.  Click Edit to edit the blueprint
7.  Go to Modules
8.  Add Financials as the first module
9.  Publish Blueprint
10. Go to Projects>>Grid view
11. Click the Column Panel fly out and check Blueprint
12. Add new project
13. Associate it with the blueprint you created
14. Open Project
15. Click on the Classic PPM icon
16. Add Organizational and Department OBS.  Save & Return
17. Go back to Modern UX
18. Click on Project Tiles
19. Search for the project you added
20. Click on the Financials icon on the tile

 

Expected Results: Opens the Financials module

 

Actual Results: Receive error "Get Invalid value(s) in request for planType" and the page stays at 'Loading'
